The undersigned Participant and any additional guests brought by the Participant, wish to participate in the Gasparilla Cars in the Park, held in Carrollwood Village Park, 4680 West Village Drive, Tampa, FL 33624, on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

The undersigned Participants and Guests are advised that participation in the Gasparilla Cars in the Park requires the display of the Participants' vehicles on designated areas, private and public lands and streets in Hillsborough County. The undersigned is knowledgeable as to the risks, including but not limited to, property damage to the participating vehicles, trailers and other associated equipment, and the risk of bodily injury resulting from participation in the aforementioned event.

We strongly urge each car show participant to bring a fire extinguisher and position it underneath the front left tire (drivers side).

The undersigned has been advised that images of the vehicles and the Participants may be taken by photograph and/or video and that these images may be displayed in various media, including newspapers, television, and internet platforms, with the Participant's consent.

With the intent of binding themselves and as inducement for participation in the event, the undersigned Participant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gasparilla Concours d’Elegance Inc., Officers, Directors, Agents, Staff and Employees of Gasparilla Concours d’Elegance Inc., Carrollwood Conservancy and Hillsborough County and any of the public and private property owners involved with the event described above, from all claims that they may cause, have or may have in the future, as a result of any property damage and/or bodily injury.
